What it is
The Resources screen brings together things that usually need one plugin each: Cookies, WhatsApp, Coming soon / maintenance, Duplicate and Comments. The Overview shows one card per resource, with its status, the turn on/off button and "Configure". Each resource turns on and off on its own, and "Undo last change" (in the notice right after saving and at the bottom of the screen) brings back the previous settings. Duplicate creates a draft copy with the content, image, SEO and Elementor layout. Turn off comments removes the form and hides existing comments, without deleting any. llms.txt — a plain-text summary of the site so AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) understand what it is about — lives in SEO, on the llms.txt tab. The Speed screen holds "Slim down the style files" (minified CSS, without combining files) and the "CDN address".
How to use it
- In the plugin menu, open Resources and, on the Overview, turn on only what you will use.
- Duplicate: once on, hover over a page in Pages or Posts and click "Duplicate"; in the editor, use "Duplicate as a draft".
- Comments: choose "On the whole site" or tick only the content types where they should disappear.
- llms.txt (in SEO → llms.txt): tick the pages that best explain the business, write a few sentences about it and save. The file updates itself when one of those pages changes.
- Lighter CSS and CDN: in Speed, open the advanced options. The CDN must already be set up to fetch files from your site.
Common problems
/llms.txt shows a different text.
There is a real llms.txt file in the site folder, and the server shows it first. Delete that file via FTP or the hosting file manager.
After turning on the CDN, the site lost its styles.
The CDN is not fetching files from your site yet. Clear the "CDN address" and save; set up the CDN and try again.
I don't see "Duplicate" on products.
In WooCommerce, use its own "Duplicate": Ranking Suite does not add a second link.
If something goes wrong
Any resource goes back to how it was with "Undo last change", at the bottom of the Resources screen. Turning off comments never deletes a comment: turn it off and they show again.
